Scallon Controls identified an opportunity for business growth in the Golden Triangle which would require construction of a new service facility. As our core competence is process automation, we did not have experience in acquiring commercial property, understanding market value, zoning requirements, etc. Our contractor, Joe Benoit with CONARC suggested we contact Mr. Lee Wheeler with Foxworth Real Estate Company.
